Proposals from scholars at all levels of seniority are welcome.

Panels can have a maximum of four papers and a discussant, and paper presenters may not serve as discussants.  The committee will not be evaluating individual paper submissions. OTSA has discounted rates for international and student members.  Participants are expected to make and pay for their own travel arrangements. OTSA has a limited amount of funds available to subsidize the cost of travel for students.
